How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order, simply browse for your desired product in our various categories via the top menu. Once you have found an item that you wish to purchase, select the options for it that you require (If any), then add the product to your shopping cart.
Once you have finished ordering, proceed to the ‘Checkout’ and follow the instructions to finalise your purchase.

Our entire website is installed with the latest 256 Bit Encryption Technology secured by Geotrust to ensure the highest level of security when purchasing on all modern devices and web browsers.
How do you ship out my order?
Once your order is placed online, our staff will process and prepare your goods to be shipped by a courier.
We have various warehouse locations so we will use the most effective and fastest method possible to your location.
How Long will My Order Take to Arrive?
Your order will be processed, packed and then shipped out from one of our warehouses within 48 hours using a direct courier. It’ll then take from 10 – 14 working days to arrive to your location.
** For Complete bike orders this will take up to 25 – 30 days to arrive at times but please check with us first.
This time-frame is applicable for Australia and New Zealand.
For other countries your order will take a little longer however please ask us if just to be sure.
What do you Charge for Shipping?
All orders are shipped out completely Free of charge worldwide.
What Happens if my Order is Taking Long?
Once we ship out your order and its on its way, you will be altered as to its status. If however your order doesn’t arrive during the indicated time-frame, please let us know and we will further investigate.
Please understand that it is normal for delays to occur during busy times and holiday period. If you order is running late, we ask that you wait an extra 7 days just to be safe.
How do I Send Back an Order ?
If we have provided you with a return or refund, you’ll need to ship back the order before we can have either a refund or another item reshipped to you again.
The shipping and any costs involved are to be the buyers responsibility (Unless any other arrangements were made).
I Received my Order But its Not What I Expected
When you do receive you order and for some reason it is not what you expected please let us know immediately.
If the product is faulty, is the incorrect model or simply is not functioning as expected, we will gladly exchange or refund your order.
How Do I Ask for a Refund?
We are more than happy to provide a refund only in the following circumstances:
- Your item received is faulty
- Your item has is damaged
- Your item is the wrong model, style or colour
- Your item never arrives
To lodge a refund, simply contact us with your request and we’ll have it processed. We will ask for certain details such as photos for evidence purposes. We do not refund for change of mind requests.
How Do I Return my Order?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you’ll be able to have it sent back to exchange it for another product we offer.
To lodge a return for your item/s, simply send us your details by contacting us .
We will process your return request within 3 – 5 working days. Kindly understand that any shipping fees are the buyers responsibility (Unless other arrangements are made).
